DataGrid DropDown Collections and Objects

Looking for help binding a collection of objects to a DataGrid in which one column is a DropDownList which is itself bound to another collection of objects. The web abounds with such examples, but the data source is always a database. If you know of any resources that might help, I would be greatly interested. Preferrably vb.net/asp.net examples.
