Dropdown list in a datagrid

Hi,

I stucked up with a problem in my datagrid.

I have a editable datagrid with 3 columns. First column is a text box , other two are dropdown lists. and a save button

I want to update datagrid when ever dropdown list contents are changed by clicking save button on the form .

Pls show mw way to achieve this.
