Default TreeView Problem

Thanks for looking at this post. I know there is a dedicated forum for the Internet Explorer Web Controls, including the TreeView Control, located at the ASP.Net forums, but their site is not working correctly.

I downloaded the controls and installed them as instructed. When I run my VS.NET 2003 project, instead of a nice treeView, I get a horizontal string of text, e.g.

Parent Child Child

I've seen a number of other postings about this issue, but the resolution is always something about permissions on the webctrl_client folder. I have added ASPNET to the permissions for this folder, and given it full control. I have also given full control to Everyone. Still no dice.

Could it be a problem with my version of the .NET framework? I have 3 versions running on this machine: v1.0.3705, v1.1.4322, and v2.0.50215. I'm pretty sure VS.NET 2003 runs 1.1.4322.

Thanks, and hope you can help.

Aaron
