Default Treeview collapse problem 2

when i enable showExpandCollapse=true then i run the code so treenode label link not active only Collapse active Why?

My problem is that Treeview have tow thing first plus icon and label

          +label
           ------------------------2 step
                +label
                 - chil-label-1
                 - chil-label-1
                 - chil-label-1

when i connect to site map and enable showExpandCollapse=true plus(+)_ Appear then when i run the program, when i click on lable collapse(+) not open , when i click on plus(+) icon it open , how i open tree when i click on label and plus (+) icon pls help.
