Transferring an ASP.NET Project

Does anyone have suggestions of how tompletely transfer a MYSQL installtion from a desktop computer to a server without any problems and also how to transfer the ASP.NET Project that goes with it so they work together when I transfer them and the server doesn't have visual studio:(
