Default File download from another server

Hiii,
      I have done file download i.e there on my local webserver in my project virtual directory.Now i want to download a file i.e there on another server
eg.(http://mediamax.streamload.com/harsh...rInstaller.exe) from this location.Please help me regarding this....

I am not sure i understand your question, but i would just supply the path to file??
