download the database of a mssql7 server

HI,
    How do i download the database of a mssql7 server if i only have the IP Address, Database name, username and password?

    FTP doesn't work how does this work? Its a large online database of real estate listings.

    Its also a hosted mssql7 server so i heard that the DTS wizard will work but will i have access to this if i have a hosted account? Any other options?
