Default Resize IE explorer

I have simple page and when I resize window in IE Explorer I would like the elemnts on the page to resize also so they can fit on a smaller or bigger window

Any ideas how can I do this

Use percentage widths to define your layout as opposed to using pixels. In a table, for example, you would do: table width=100% which would automatically resize the table to the browser window.
