incompatibility of versions.

The system worked until that it was installed in the computer a new version of dll of Crystal.

Version before the installation 10.0.3300.0
Version after the installation 10.2.3600.0

Does anybody know how to explain to me the why?

Ambient:

ASP.NET Version:1.1. 4322.2032

Crystal Enterprise 10, Crystal Reports 10 and VS.Net 2003
