I'm not sure what the question is.

Do you wish to "send" a file to another server from within an ASP.NET application or are you wishing to build some upload functionality into an ASP.NET application so the user can upload files to the application?

.NET 1.1 does NOT have a built-in FTP component that you can access to send files VIA FTP. You can, however, write a class that will work as an FTP Client. (This is achieved by using the Sockets and IO namespaces). The code to do this is freely available on the MSDN just do a search for it.

I will only tell you how to do it, not do it for you.
Unless, of course, you want to hire me to do work for you.
