Default Multiple Projects under Single Solution

Hi, It's really great to get some real good stuff to know from this forum.

For now, what I want to know from the guys here is is it possible to have multiple projects under one solution.

Let me explain yoou with an example -:

Say I have a soultion with the name A. Under this soultion i will definately have a project named A. I want to add another project say B into the Solution A

Is something like this possile.

If any of you have implemented this type of architecture or worked on this then please let me know about it.

If any one have read about it on any other sites please share the links with all the others on the forum.

It would be a great help for me to build new project in future

Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Sure you can; in fact we do this al the time, although we tend to give them different and more descriptive names than a and b ;)

Often in Web projects, we have a single web project and one or more class library projects. One class library project provides the Bll (business logic layer) and Dal (data access layer) while others can be something like a toolkit library providing general helper methods.

Al you need to do is right-click your solution and choose Add Project...
