can we bind datagrid and dropdown list

hello, am wpoking on datagrid. In that datagrid, i have a dropdownlist.
now i want to bind datagrid with data from one table and bind dropdownlist with data from other table, even though dropdown list is in datagrid.
So if anyone knows it, who to do, then please intimate me.
