Instead of using the Jet driver have you tried using the actual XLS driver to open the file?

Driver={Microsoft Excel Driver (*.xls)};

Yes Still doesn't work... I don't know why.. the servers are windows 2003 Server

Does this happen with all excel files, or just this one in particular?

All Excel files.. My procees is, I upload the file .xls to the server and then I load to the webform.
