DropDown List ToolTip

Hi Friends,

I Have a Dropdown list on my form. I need to diplay a tool tip for the dropdown , but the trick is The information which I should display in the Tooltip comes from another table (FYI Dropdown list Comes frm other table). How can I do this

Any help can be appreciated .
