I'm using asp.net 1.0 running on XP pro. Every time i want to open my project vs.net 2003 will prompt

"The Web server reported the following error when attempting to create or
open the Web project located at the following URL:
'https://localhost/Aisys'.'HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable'."


i cant browse my IIS also.At the begining i thought it is because of IIS.I have try so many thing install and uninstall IIS,stop and restart IIS service, re-install vs 2003, and the worst thing is formatted my computer.

does anyone know how to solve this problem?
