Default IIS Service Unavailable -- >.aspx not recognized

One of the web site for the same .aspx file was not recognized. The solution is Stop and Start the Application Pool of that web site solves the problem

The permanent fix for this are the following IIS Configuration changes
1. Select Recycling tab and uncheck the Recycle worker processes (in minutes)

2. Select Performance tab and uncheck the Shutdown worker processes after being idle for (time in minutes)

Thanks
