Default Server too Busy

Hi,
I deployed an ASP.Net Application and the number of users range from 500-1000 at any given time. Lately the site keeps going down with the message System.Web.HttpException: Server Too Busy.
What can i do to resolve this?

Thanks guys!

Innocent
