Default Configure MS Outlook into ASP.NET

I am devoloping an Intranet Application for a Concern.I am using

ASP.NET with C#.Each member of the application will be issued a

company E-Mail ID. Each member can login into the application

uniquely.In asp.net webform,i have button named E-Mail.

When each member clicks that button,Microsoft outlook should be

opened.Outlook should configure the particular person's E-Mail ID

and his page should be opened.

Even if the member have no MS Outlook installed in his system

(Client),it should be opened through my application.

Note:MS Outlook is installed in Server in which the application is hosted.

Thank You,

Subhashini Palanivel.
