Default Help Configure V. Studio .NET to run ASP project!

Hi everyone,
I encountered a big problem trying to run an ASP project in Visual Studio .NET. When I click run I see an output screen first where it says the compilation succeded. Then I get an error message saying that VStudio can't start debugging. It suggests to check if the 'debug' option is set to 'true' in config file. It is set to true! I tried running a project without debugging and get an empty browser window. I am at school and need to do homework. Please, help! You can email me suslishe@mail.ru.

Many thanks!
