Default Hosed up installation

Hello,

I just installed the Microsoft.Net Framework on my C
drive and Inetpub is on my D drive. I did this because
of space constraints on my D drive. I can't get Quick
Start to run with the url
http://localhost/quickstart/aspplus/

I can use ASP.

Thanks for your help.
