Example source code - Error

Hi,
I need to know how to run examples on my local PC? Do I need to create virtual directory (IIS) for each chapter? When I tried to open the project I get following error.

Unable to open Web project 'WroxJokeShop'. The file path 'c:\chapter2\WroxJokeShop' does not correspond to the URL 'http://localhost/WroxJokeShop'. The two need to map to the same server location . HTTP error 503: Service unavailable.
