Default Ch4 Runtime Error 91 using db source code zip file

Ok, i was having problem running the db in ch4. So i decided to download the files to see if there was something i missed. When you click the lookup button i get a error message.

runtime error 91

Object variable or with block variable not set

the line 36 objCar.VehicleIdNumber = txtVehicleId was highlited and on mouseover objCar.VehicleIdNumber i get:

"objCar.VehicleIdNumber = <Object variable or with block variable not set>"

I am using access 2003 with all of the updates. Any suggestions or comments as to why this would be doing this? Is anyone else having this problem?
