Default Conversion Question

Hi all,

Not posted in awhile but heres a question or two for you. I have a converter that will change C# to vb - i want to do it with a whole application (i have permission). Would there be any problems as it was done in vs.net and there is lots of other things with it like the project file etc etc...

anything i should take into account when converting something?
