Hi dkautilya,

Quickly i will say no, because it's two different thing, ASP and ASP.net, for IIS it's just a other tools like if you install a framework who let IIS compile J2EE. I don't knoe the big web application that you talked but when i tried for a contract, it worked perfectly. So don't be afraid but before anything try the installation on your local comûter with the ASP web app just for be sur that all it's ok.

have fun with the migration ;)

It would'nt affect it in anyway. ASP is processed by ASP.DLL and ASP.NET is processed by .NET Framework Tools (aspnet_isapi.dll)
