Default IIS

IIS - I really know nothing about it, how can I learn more, I have surfed and found very little information. Also are there any wrox books etc on this subject? How does it affect my building of my ASP sites?

IIS is a webserver. A site basically gets live only when it comes under a realm of a webserver.
