Default excel object

Hi

I am doing programing in asp.In My server i installed the microsoft excel using my NT domain account.I used the Excel object in my progarammin in both vb and asp.If i access the web page fine no error coming.If other user acces the same page its saying permissions denied.So where i need to give the permissions?I think i need to give the permissions to excel object so where which excel file i need to give the permission to every user.
pl advice thanks
