Default xml

Hi guy

I don't know much about xml, On my website that i'm building(asp.net/c#) i have a page called news.aspx and i have a text file called TodaysNews.txt(Located in my C drive), the contents of the text file is updated everyday.
Now i want my xml file news.xml to get data from a file, and the other thing is formating, i want textfile contents to appear in a Newspaper format(columns),and set the heading to bold
