Default Meet a problem with .NetFrameWork and IIS

Now,I am learning a part of vs.2003(C#)is that WebService. When I create a WebService and test is no problem. But I create a WindowForm to add Web Reference and run WindowForm Application appear a error "System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Access Denied" I try to configure many way but not do. Please tell me the way to overcome this problem. Thank you!!!

Normally this occurs if you need to provide authentication to the webservice or you are passing through a proxy server for example. Maybe you should check to see if the webservice requiers some sort of authentication that you are not providing.
