Default installing the .netframework

Does the .netframework SDK and it's related components gets installed along with the visual basic.net full software?

It get's installed with the Visual Studio .NET version (don't know about just Visual Basic). Usually though, it doesn't have any .NET framework service packs. You'll need to get any additional updates from the windows update site.
