Hi Mohit,
What you are trying to do is build an application with resource files for the various languages. You use the default resource for the main coding of the application and add in these resource files for the others. These resources files get loaded depending on the culture setting of the user's PC. It's a large topic and beyond what anyone would be able to explain here, I would suggest doing some reading on the net.
