Default Error in WebApplication

I ve developed a .net Web Application using C#.net and it is running smoothly in the localhost. But when i host it into the webserver, i'm getting an error message like "Server Error in / Application". I'm sure that my domain supports .NET. How can i override this problem, Please suggest a solution for this...

What are the things i ve to do before uploading the Webform(aspx) file to the webserver? How many other fiels are to be copied along with it ?
