an 'Hello World' example for ASP.NET (.aspx)

Can anyone tell me howto go about coding a simple 'Hello World' test page in an .aspx page and loading it from my localhost?

What is required? I believe there is a framework to be installed.

e.g. "http://localhost/helloworld.aspx"

You need to install the .NET framwork, version 2.0.
