a problem of access the IIS metabase

help...

after I have installed the .NET framework 2.0.
and as usual. when I opened the page(*.aspx) the error showed:

"System.Web.Hosting.HostingEnvironmentExceptio n: Failed to access IIS metabase. "
and then I entitled the access right to the users with the executive file"aspnet_regiis.exe" to grant the access to the user.
however, the same problem still exist...
so what should I do?
