I am trying to create a Menu for my website. I am trying to create the menu that when you move the mouse over the image, it drops down a list of other options and when the menu item is highlighted it changes color. Can someone show me how to get started? Thanks.

This problem you can solve using javascipt or pure css. Try looking for pure css menu or javascript menu.
