I would like to create menus in HTML, how do create menus like the following

<main page><Faculity emails>

When ever you move the pointer over the menu, the submenus appear.

drop down menus for "main pages" would be "home" "programs"

can this be done with tables rows and dimensions to create the menu and div tags to create the submenu.

you will have to search for pure css menu. The thing is these things usual work with firefox without javascript but not in IE.

If you find one in IE that works without javascript let me know
