I have created a GridView and a DetailsList databound control and have tried on both to use the NumericFirstLast method for paging.

The paging on both these controls works fine, however, all I get are paging numbers and not the First or Last link as expected from the NumericFirstLast paging MODE.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? The other paging MODES all work as expected :(

 Did you check to ensure that there is something in the FirstPageText and LastPageText properties of the GridView?

If I am not mistaken, the original post is an year old
