I get an error message:

Failed to update database "C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\ONLINEDIARY\APP_DATA\ASPNETDB. MDF" because the database is read-only.

I tried to uncheck the Read Only properties of the folder but still failed to update.Anyone knows what's going on? Please help! Thx.

Did you check the Security settings of the App_Data folder? You'll need to give permissions to the appropriate account. Page 163 and 164 of the book describe this in more detail.
