i wanna ask how to add a calendar function
for example

date then got text box then i want to have a small icon beside the text box
if the user click the icon it will display the calendar and after the user choose the date the date will automaticaly dispalyed in the text box

i have made drop down list function
it has 3 options A B and C
each option link to different page?
how to do that?
