I have developed a .aspx page with .net framework 2.0. This page contains simple gridviews and bound with the sqlDataSource objects. I don't know what happened to it when I see it's source from view menu, the source in HTML format for gridviews does not appear.

Please tell me what to do.

Not really getting your question. Are your grids not showing up or you tryin to find out what a Gridview is converted to html?
If you are not getting the gridview results, trying testing your datasource to see if anything is being pulled from it. Gridviews will not render on the page if there is nothing populating them.

Hello Quick209, thanks for your concern. My gridviews are being populated with datasource. Even I am able to Edit rows, Sort columns and fire RowCommands also. But still I cann't see the viewsource of the .aspx page.

You don't happen to have a short cut to Notepad on your desktop, do you?

I have seen posts where people described they lost the ability to view source in any page in IE due to notepad on the desktop.

You may also try to clear your browser's cache...

There is no shortcut to Notepad on my desktop and even I have removed all .txt files from it. Cleared browser's cache. Still I can't see the whole source of the page in IE. Though I can see it in FireFox properly. In IE it shows only the code of upper section of the page(Just for 3 textboxes and hidden controls).

In that case, I don't know what the problem is. You should be able to see the source in IE if the page comes up as expected.
