Actually there are two pages. If your web cam is active then you can broadcast a live video from one page and from another page other users can see that video.

You want a live stream into the web form? Or you just want to capture a picture from a web cam and display it in a web form?

A live stream into a web form, I don't know about all of that (i am sure it can be done though) what I do know is that, using C# and COM you can retrive an image from a web cam and display it on a form.
