Do you want both opened at the same time? Or do you want one to 'redirect' to the other?

you can do
      Response.Redirect ("Second.aspx");

or

      Server.Transfer ("Second.aspx");

If you want to open it in a new browser window, you need to add some client side scripting at runtime. It is not possible to open a new window from the serverside code.

if you dont have any server side process to do on the click of the button, just use a html input button and call the javascript method from the same.
