Default ASP.Net & SQL Server

Hi Everyone:
I Have One Small Program. The Program Language I Want To Use ASP.NET,The Database Use SQL Server 2000 And Export By EXCEL 2000 Or 2003.
In My Opinion,The User Upload The Data From The Client PC To The Database. Then The Program Will Process,Static These Data. Finally,The Program Will Export A Report As A Excel File For User Download.
The Key Problem Which I Thought Is How To Export The Data To The Excel Form And Another Problem Is The Data Is Variably. And The Column And Cell Also Variably.
Now,Can Anyone Programmer Give Me Some Opinion About This Program?
    Thanks In Advanced!

Bill Chen
