Default Error creating user on the administration tool

Hi all, I have problem creating users. When open the security tab on the administration tool and populate the fields and press the create user button then this error appears saying that
"Password length minimum: 7. Non-alphanumeric characters required: 1."

I tried again with different password with more than seven letters but nothing change. :(Should I change something in the Web.config file? Or maybe is something with the connection to the server.

I have already made some roles successfully. But I don't need them if there isn't any user.:(

Please help me!
Thanks in advance
