Default How to create a button in javascript in asp.net ?

Hi,

I have to start uploading an mdb file data on sql server in page load(asp.net 2.0).That is taking 15 minutes. In that period,no control is displayed on that page.It seems to be an empty page. When the data uploading is completed, the totol page is diplayed properly.Thats why I have to insert a button control using javascript in page load before that uploading function.
I dont know how to do it.Can anybody please help me?
Thanks in advance.
