After further testing, my question should be on the Text Size of the browser view, not the <td> width. From the Design tab, we should be able to correctly 'hang' the remaining lines to the right of the bullets. However, when viewing the aspx page presentation, the large text size may cause part of the first line moved to the beginning of the second line.
Are there some bullet controls that can automatically 'hang' the remaining lines to the right of the bullets when the Text Size is changed?
