Default where is my .dll in asp2.0

hello friends,
i m new on this forum.
I made a web application using dot net 2005(asp.net 2.0).
But i don't see the .dll file of my website. In case of Asp.net 1.1 that .dll file is stored in Bin folder.
In this case there is no bin folder.
Can any body help me for locating .dll file or he/she can tell me what i have to configure so that a .dll file is created?
Thank u in advance.

May sound silly, but have you definately built the application properly? Are you looking in the right location? (Had cases where people had code in one place, but publishing to another and DLL files werent appearing) :)

DLL files will only be created if you have created classes that are seperate to the code behind for your ASPX pages.
Have you created seperate classes?

if you are trying to view the bin folder from VS2005 it's hidden, you can view it by pressing the show all files button at the top of your solution explorer (right next to refresh). you can also browse to the vs folder in my documents then go to the projects folder and find your web app project and it should be in the bin folder there.

Is it possible that you created a web site? This has no bin folder nor a single DLL. The dlls for the pages are created dynamically and stored in a temporary .NET framework directory.
