Ok

i've been using a databound(like a combobox) to populate my fields. by selecting a data value from a list my fields are populated. So im trying to use a textbox (for instance i enter a student number into text box and click search and if successfull fields must be populated with his/her details into those fields) with onkey() event to populate my fields, but im clueless. Im using instant results book which has no such example i really need help Im using sql 2005 express edition.Looking forward to your positive respond.

You need to stop creating new threads and reply to the one you already started, also dont specifically ask for me, there are plenty of other much smarter people here that can help.
