i have recently installed fedora9 in my laptop.i wish to know whether there is any software like visual web developer2005 for asp.net in fedora9.or its possible to run asp.net in fedora eviroment or not.

A simple google query would show you that there is a project named MONO that ports .NET to linux. Also they have develop enviroments.
