Hiding meta-tags in aspx page

Can anybody help me with this?

I need to hide the meta-tags in my aspx page when a certain ID=Nothing in my server-side vb code, ASP.NET 2.0
If this is not possible, is there a work around to generate a blank page with no meta-tags when the ID=Nothing??
