AJAX dropdown Problem

Hi,
I am using C#.net,asp.net.I have two Dropdowns.
If I select a particular value in a Dropdown,the relative values in
the other should be enabled.All the other values should be disalbed.
All this is client-side.
Can Anyone help me??
